Booth Space:
PanaExpo™ booth pricing starts at $5,000 for a standard 10 foot by 10 foot booth space. Your booth is divided by pipe and drape and comes with a 6-foot table with a skirt and two chairs. Upon request we will provide a basic booth sign indicating your company name.
This year PanaExpo will feature a separate column-free 30,000 square feet exhibition hall. Cafeteria, Centre stage and Conference Theatre have now been placed on opposite sides of the hall and in a strategic triangle creating optimal traffic flow throughout the exhibition space. The space is arranged mostly in island-style distribution to maximize booth traffic and exposure for exhibitors and to allow a variety of standard, corner, and double booths.
Our unique triangular (pie-shape) booth layout, provides a 20-foot (double) frontage plus a double back-wall (see floor layout) for one low price.

Welcome Sponsorships:

Welcome Centre is a 20x20 feet isle at the entrance of the show. Your company name and logo will be on the banner. Guaranteed visibility and the most commanding position at the show. Welcome Centre is a place where beautiful young Panamanians dressed in typical Panamanian dresses and costumes (polleras, montunas, diablito, etc.) set the mood and demonstrate the spirit of the Panamanian culture when they greet the guests and answer general questions about the country, give out a taste of typical Panamanian food such as ceviche de corvina and traditional sancocho and pose for colourful pictures with the guests. The welcome banner where pictures are taken could carry your company name and logo and a sponsorship recognition message. Sponsor PanaExpo Welcome Centre for only $3,000 and the volunteers at the Welcome centre will be delighted to remind visitors to visit your booth and recognize your contribution as a generous sponsor.
VIP Lounge in front of Centre Stage. Your company name and logo will be on the entrance banner. Access to VIP lounge will be granted by invitation only to high profile visitors of the show, top level business persons, executives, high-net worth investors, etc. Offer your VIP visitors snacks and beverage and an opportunity to take advantage of your company’s most exclusive and exciting offers. Own the most powerful networking spot on the exhibition floor.
Internet Centre or Internet Café section in the Cafeteria. Allow visitors to browse the web and check emails without leaving the exhibition floor. Visitors will be asked to enter their name and contact information in exchange for using your free internet service and log in through a special welcome screen containing your marketing message and product or services offers. Every computer station will display your company logo and screensaver as the sponsor and remind visitors to visit your booth. If you wish, you will be able to set the web browser at each internet station to show your company website at start up.
Feel free to mention any other special interest areas at the show that best suites your company’s marketing objectives and PanaExpo will create them for you.
Bottled water.
Only two sponsorships available.
Be an advocate for Panama’s environment and offer visitors 500 ml bottled water. Each bottle will be branded with your company logo and we will distribute it free at the entrance and in Lecture Halls during presentation sessions. Print a minimum order of 1000 bottles for only $1 each.
Just imagine the branding impact of everyone at the show walking around carrying a water bottle promoting your company name and logo.
Conference bag:
Only four sponsorships available.
Your corporate name and logo and a short message will be printed on the complimentary welcome package bags distributed to visitors at the entrance. $1,000 per logo sponsorship.
Banner Advertising locations:
Make sure that your company is visible throughout the Expo and not only at your booth. Place your banner in strategic places around the show floor with your corporate name, logo and a special marketing message reminding visitors to visit your booth. Placements are available in the following areas
• Registration area (three available)
• Lecture hall entrance (two vertical banners available on each side of the entrance)
• Centre stage (three available)
• Cafeteria (three available)
$1,200 for a 6- foot banner includes placement for the duration of event, production and installation.

Advertising in the Event Guide:
